6. Strengthen your immune system
Taking vitamins is useful all year round, but in the off-season they are especially needed. The body receives less vitamins from food, since vegetables, berries and fruits that are on the shelves after wintering are no longer too rich in vitamins. Therefore, after consulting your doctor, choose a suitable vitamin complex for yourself and your family members. And, of course, eat right. A balanced, healthy diet can also help you stay healthy.
7. Do the cleaning
Ventilate the apartment, carry out regular wet cleaning in the apartment. Again, this is necessary in order to get rid of the all-pervading viruses. Indoors, they can be stored from 2 to 9 hours.
8. Walk and exercise
Take time to walk in the fresh air – at least half an hour. Walking enhances pulmonary ventilation, improves the circulatory system, and hardens the body. Just do not relax under the first, still cold rays of the sun and dress for the weather. Exercise is also helpful. Well, what should you do in the morning for 10 minutes of elementary exercise?
9. Medicinal prevention of ARVI
Each pharmacy sells drugs aimed at maintaining the body’s defenses against viruses and bacteria. Prevention is known to be better than cure. Which drug to choose from the many presented on pharmacy shelves, the doctor can best of all suggest. Any drugs cannot be taken uncontrollably.
10. Folk remedies
You shouldn’t rely on them entirely, but it’s not for nothing that nature created honey and propolis, lemon and aloe, even bitter radish, garlic and horseradish. Herbal teas are very useful (chamomile, coltsfoot, linden flowers, oregano and St. John’s wort, rose hips). At the pharmacy, you can buy special herbal teas in bags and drink them daily instead of regular tea.
