2003 The Temryuk plant “Kuban wines” became part of the Gerrus Group holding, founded in 1975. His wines were of the highest class. The location next to the raw material base and the latest equipment affected. The uniqueness of the enterprise also lay in the fact that no other plant in Russia was engaged in the production of sherry using the traditional and complex solera technology.

2004 In May, the plant took on one more responsibility besides grape processing – bottling of wines.

2008 The production of cognac “Temryuk” has begun.

2020 The holding includes not only the Kuban Wines plant, but also the Detchinsky Plant. The total area of ​​own vineyards is 1500 hectares. The highest quality of products is achieved through modern technologies and modernized bottling lines.

In addition to cognac, the product range includes natural wines (Russian Yagoda, Vinogradnaya Dolina) and champagne (Banquet, Furshetnoye and Rossiyskoe).

Characteristics of cognac Temryuk

Brandy is made according to traditional French technology adopted in the province of Cognac. Aged from 4 to 6 years in Caucasian oak barrels. The nature of the spirits in the blend is influenced by the climate of the Taman Peninsula.

The taste harmoniously combines raisins, apples and cherries, framed by notes of vanilla. Bright, somewhat harsh, aroma reveals shades of wild flowers and steppe wormwood, dried apricots and fruits. Apples and white grapes can be recognized.
