The Alliance-1892 company began its activity in 1997 with the founding of a plant in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region. The company specializes in the production of strong alcoholic beverages based on foreign raw materials.
In addition to the main brand “Old Koenigsberg”, the domestic consumer is well aware of the brands of cognacs “Trofeyny”, “The Age of the Bourgeoisie”, “Grand Prix”, which entered the market in the early 2000s. The plant’s products have repeatedly participated and won prizes at Russian and international competitions.
Since 2003, the company has been closely cooperating with a representative of the French distillery industry – Tessendier & Fils.
In 2010, Alliance-1892 was recognized as the leader in the Russian cognac market. The plant is equipped with modern equipment, high-tech bottling lines, its own laboratory and barrel park for cognacs.

Manufacturing specifics
Raw materials for the creation of the line “Old Koenigsberg” are obtained from the French region of Cognac. Grape distillates are produced and aged at home, and blended and bottled in Russia.
The blending process takes place under the personal supervision of Jérôme Tessendieu, an experienced craftsman who heads his own distillery.
After evaluating the compositions in the laboratory, the alcohols are mixed with specially prepared water and caramelized sugar in a blending container.
To preserve the aroma of cognac and oak accents, cold processing technology is used. After blending, the drinks rest in special storage facilities, filtered, tasted and bottled.

Before bottling, it undergoes additional aging in oak barrels for at least 9 months in the company’s storage facility.
The bouquet has pronounced tones of ripe grapes, blossoming oak, hazelnut and chocolate. Produced in a classic bottle and in a gift box.
