The rights to the trade brand are owned by the Russian company Alvisa. On the market there is alcohol aged 4 and 5 years.

1947 The Stavropol wine and cognac factory was founded, which produces cognac.

1969 Russian and Armenian winemakers developed the Golden Excerpt recipe, which has not changed to this day.

1991 The company began to lose popularity.

1999 A new owner appeared who modernized the enterprise by introducing European technologies.

2004 The company was acquired by ALVISA AG, which also sells alcohol. It is domestic, but registered in Spain. It owns 8,5% of the Russian cognac market, this is the second largest shipment.

2015 The brand has been certified by the International Standard for Safe Food Products (ISO 22000:2005).

2020 Implementation continues to this day. Products are often bought by Cypriot tourists as a souvenir.

Types of cognac Golden aging

  1. Fusion, 40%, 5 years

    Brown amber. Soft balanced taste with hints of caramel. Smells like berries and fruits. The aftertaste is long-lasting. Drinks easily.

  2. Golden age, 40%, 4 years

    Amber with straw reflections. Harmonious taste is woven from shades of honey and vanilla. Aroma with oak notes. The aftertaste is coffee and chocolate.

  3. Golden age, 40%, 5 years

    Brown amber. On the palate there are hints of dried fruits, oak and coffee. It smells of sweet vanilla and prunes. Coffee aftertaste.

The optimum serving temperature is 20–22 °C. Serve as a digestif after a meal. To it you can offer coffee, chocolate, desserts.
