Ingredients
Ground coffee – 4 tbsp. l.
Sugars – 200 g
Water – 400 ml
Method of preparation
Pour 4 tablespoons of ground coffee into the pan, pour in 400 ml of water, mix thoroughly and send to the fire.
Bring the coffee to a boil and simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Turn off and let stand for a while so that the sediment settles.
Carefully pour the finished mixture into a bowl so that the thick remains at the bottom of the pan.
Pour 200 grams of sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, put on a small fire and, without stirring, bring the sugar to a caramelized state.
Pour in the coffee and, stirring occasionally, boil over medium heat until the consistency of the syrup is thick, this will take about 20-25 minutes.
