Coffee before breakfast? Experts advise when to drink it when you wake up

There are many supporters of drinking coffee as soon as you wake up, before breakfast. Some people do not imagine that it is possible to start the day differently. They are not convinced by the arguments about the harmful effect of coffee on the stomach and metabolism, or those about the illusory and short-term stimulation. So if habits cannot be changed, it may be worth modifying them a little and using that first cup of your favorite drink as best as possible.
