Coding “Double block”

Double block coding is an enhanced mechanism for the prohibitive psychological and drug therapy of alcohol dependence in people at any stage of the disease. With this encoding option, the effect of it is maximized. As a rule, double block encoding provides for encoding in two ways that complement each other.

Possible combinations of double block

According to the exposure time, a combination of coding techniques can be applied simultaneously or in different periods of time. This is determined individually by specialists when considering coding options. The most common double block coding combinations include the introduction of anti-alcohol drugs simultaneously into two muscle points – in the buttock and under the shoulder blade, for example. At the same time, the drugs use multidirectional ones, which together turn the patient away from alcohol and cause a disgusting state of health when using it. If only one drug is used, then with the double block method it must be administered both intramuscularly and intravenously. This process prolongs the effect of the agent on the body.

Intravenous administration of drugs for coding is also used in parallel with filing it in the form of a subcutaneous capsule. This method of encoding a double block is the most powerful in terms of impact and long in duration. The filing of subcutaneous capsules is also used in combination with psychotherapeutic or hypnotic methods of influencing the subconscious of an alcoholic. This form refers to prohibitive protection against alcoholism and affects various sources of alcohol dependence – both physical and psychological. Such a technique has a fairly wide effect on the body, which leads to a stable and rapid effect of coding.

Dual block impact

When using coding through the use of a double block, specialists achieve a combination of two main methods of influencing addiction. In the first method, the anti-alcohol agent must be deposited in the body for a long time, and in the case of its combination with alcohol, the agent must cause poisoning with poisons that are caused by blocking the enzymatic system of the body. At the same time, the drugs used are made on the basis of disulfiram, a substance responsible for all of the above processes. The alcoholic knows that if he drinks, he will become very ill, and consciously avoids this process. With the parallel administration of disulfiram and drugs based on other active substances with a similar effect, the mutual effect of the drugs is potentiated.

In the second method, the psychological craving for alcohol is first eliminated with the help of psychotherapy. A specialist will destroy the conditioned reflex of craving for a bottle for any problem using hypnosis. And after that, stress therapy and reprogramming according to Dovzhenko are carried out in order to put new life attitudes and priorities into the brain of an alcoholic. At the same time, alcohol is specifically evoked disgust.

The double block technique can only be used in a clinical setting after prior preparation. The patient is preliminarily cleansed of toxins from the blood, the internal organs and systems “killed” during drunkenness are treated, and they work with the mental state. Only after this can the alcoholic be subjected to coding, especially according to the double block method.

The double block coding method for alcoholism is indicated for the chronic stages of alcohol dependence. It can also be used for incipient but progressive alcoholism. You should resort to a double block if:

  • the previously encoded patient wants to repeat or strengthen the defense against addiction, while the previous encoding was completely successful;
  • there is a need to use an enhanced drug for those who failed at the previous coding period;
  • a clinical breakdown of coding was recorded when the drug did not have the necessary effect on the body, and the new technique involves the introduction of a stronger drug in combination with psychotherapy;
  • the patient during the initial visit to the clinic immediately wants to receive the most powerful treatment.

Features and contraindications of double coding

The main features of the double block, experts include the possibility of encoding in 1 or 2 stages. With one-stage coding, the introduction of two drugs or one drug at 2 points is one-stage, and with two-stage coding, all this is done with some time interval. For example, when suturing subcutaneous preparations and applying stress techniques, it is recommended to take a short break between these encodings. First, the capsule is implanted under the skin, and after complete healing and removal of sutures, psychotherapy sessions according to Dovzhenko can already be carried out.

It is important to remember that encoding amplification cannot be applied indiscriminately to all patients in drug treatment clinics. All parameters of both the physical and mental health of the patient are carefully studied and analyzed so that the encoding used brings maximum benefit to the body, and not harm.

The main contraindications for using the double block coding method are severe diseases of internal organs with cardiac or neurological pathologies (myocardial infarction, problems of the endocrine system, ischemic strokes). It is also impossible to code an alcoholic using the double block method and for mental disorders such as epilepsy, psychopathy, neuroses, schizophrenia and other anomalies.

It is important to remember that double block coding will always block the production of liver enzymes. Its implementation becomes possible only after the patient independently signs a written consent to all manipulations performed with him. In addition, with a double block, in no case should the preparations be filed if the patient’s blood contains even a small dose of alcohol. On the eve, the body is detoxified and the patient refrains from drinking for a certain period. It is also important to know that chemical coding methods should not be used for those who have problems with the kidneys and liver, as well as for certain diseases of the cardiovascular system, in old age and under other individual conditions.

If, after the double block coding, the patient can be observed in the hospital for some time, this is a big plus in his treatment. For those who cannot stay in a hospital, it will be necessary to visit psychologists on an outpatient basis, so that in the course of difficulties in a new sober life, there is always the possibility of gaining support not in the form of a bottle of vodka.
