Coconut syrup is made from a mixture of sugar syrup and coconut milk or coconut flakes boiled down to a syrupy consistency. And they use it, as a rule, in a cocktail bar.

Water – 200 ml
Coconut milk – 500 ml
Sugars – 250 g
Method of preparation
In a saucepan, prepare the base syrup and add the coconut milk, then mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil again and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Allow the syrup to cool and while still warm, pour into sterile containers and close the lid tightly. Store in the refrigerator, guaranteed period is about 2 months.

Water – 500 ml
Coconut flakes – 300 g
Sugars – 500 g
Method of preparation
We prepare the base syrup and add coconut flakes to it.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and remove from heat. Let cool in a saucepan + brew for a few hours. The mixture will be very thick, as if without liquid.
We throw off the chips on a sieve and wring out. Syrup will collect below.
You can also hang the finished shavings in gauze and collect the syrup. For faster collection, you can squeeze manually.
Pour into containers and store in a well-closed form in the refrigerator for no more than 1 week. For a given amount of ingredients, about 400-420 ml comes out.

Ingredients
Coconut juice – from 1 coconut
Sugars – 350 g
Water – 200 ml
Method of preparation
Prepare a base syrup of water and sugar.
Pour all the fresh coconut juice into the still warm base syrup.
Boil the syrup for another 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat. Ready!
This coconut syrup has a light aroma and taste. To make a richer syrup, instead of juice from one coconut, you can use liquid from two or three fruits and evaporate it a little longer, or take milk or shavings.
