Cocktails with gin and egg: TOP 6

In short, gin is a strong alcoholic drink that is obtained by distilling alcohol with the addition of various spices. But juniper berries, which are the main additive in gin, add zest to gin. It is juniper that gives the drink that unforgettable coniferous aroma that the drink is famous for. First, juniper and other additives are soaked in alcohol – this process is called maceration. After soaking, the tincture is distilled and a cooling dry gin is obtained. What can I say, everything is written in this article.

A little something unusual

In this selection, I decided to lay out combinations in cocktails that are not quite familiar to our brother, namely a combination of gin and a raw egg. It is this ingredient that is one of the few with which it is worth drinking gin. Among others, I would note: dry vermouth, tonic (the legendary gin and tonic cocktail), Angostura beater, lemon juice and, probably, orange liqueur. Gin is a very dry drink, so it is almost impossible to drink it in its pure form. But it is the perfect ingredient for cocktails – a pleasant aroma that does not interrupt, but only complements other smells. And, of course, mild taste.

Gin is a part of many cocktails, including the official ones according to the IBA version (aperitifs). I won’t promise anything, but I’ll still try to prepare for consideration one of the classic cocktails, which will include gin. In the meantime, for your, so to speak, court, I present interesting cocktails with gin.
