Coaching is a discipline that is difficult to define because it is relatively new. It is not a service in the field of medicine or psychological assistance, therefore it is only available in the form of paid meetings. Coaching prices vary depending on the education and experience, as well as the popularity of the coach. How much does coaching cost? How to find a good specialist in this field?

Coaching is not a clearly described discipline, so few people are aware of what is best to follow when choosing a coach. Price is of great importance here because a certain number of sessions are required to achieve results. The cost of one meeting usually exceeds PLN 100, if we are dealing with an experienced and certified coach.

Indeed, there are many coaching schools that organize training, so it is important to analyze a person’s experience especially in the field of interest to us.

  2. video calls via selected messengers (prices start from PLN 100-200 per session) – online meetings with a coach allow for free conversation, analysis of key issues, and at the same time visual contact supporting the session, which for some customers may be a factor favorably influencing the course session;
  3. e-mail contact (PLN 30-100 per e-mail) – the limitation of this forms of coaching there is no personal contact with the person conducting the meetings, however, receiving regular e-mails enables their content to be analyzed many times and at any time; in e-mails, the coach can propose various exercises, discuss specific situations and provide useful content in a factual manner.
