The finished dish is rolled into sterile jars, cooled by turning them upside down, and stored in a cellar, pantry or refrigerator.

An unusual version of jam with lemon and white wine is no more difficult to prepare. In essence, wine replaces the water commonly used in the recipe. For 1 kg of berries, take 5,5 glasses of sugar, the juice of half a lemon and 2 glasses of white wine. Solid fruits are taken for cooking, washed, peeled, poured with juice in a large bowl and refrigerated for 24 hours. Syrup is brewed from white wine and 3,5 cups of sugar until a uniform transparent state is obtained, after which cloudberries are added to the mixture. Boil the berries until they are soft. Then cloudberries are laid out in banks, the remaining sugar is added to the syrup and boiled until it thickens. Pour berries in jars with boiling syrup and tightly cover them with lids.
