The unconscious is started to work, either when it interferes, or when there is an assumption that it can help in solving issues that cannot be solved in the usual, conscious way.

The way of working with the unconscious depends on what kind of the unconscious we are talking about, and what the task is.

Purification of the unconscious — the elimination of interfering elements from the unconscious. As a rule, there is a need to remove fears and tension from the unconscious.

At least one in ten young girls cannot be in a physically calm state. If a girl moves, it can be imperceptible, but if she needs to stand or sit still, it becomes noticeable how her face muscles, or shoulders, arms twitch, she wants to turn around, get better … Physical tension and restlessness.

If we are talking about the unconscious as an acquired experience, then the purification of the unconscious occurs, as a rule, using the following methods:

  • Relaxing treatments. Tension and fear are recorded in the body as muscle clamps. Accordingly, by relieving muscle relaxation, we eliminate the physical sources of fear and tension. Relaxing procedures can be different: meditation, breathing exercises, massage, sports, dancing and other activities that produce deep work with the body.
  • Desensitization is the erasing of tension living in the body through the re-experiencing of difficult events or states against the background of muscle relaxation or other positive muscle background. Specific techniques and procedures may be different — quiet presence, auditing and others.
