Cleansing the skin with different methods

Cleansing the skin with different methods

We use a lot of cosmetics for facial skin care. But even a high-tech cream will not work if the skin is not properly cleansed. This means that we cannot do without make-up remover and peeling products. Choosing the right ones!

Purification

Every day, particles of dozens of various contaminants (dust, soot, exhaust gases) settle on the delicate skin of the face, sweat glands bring waste products to the surface, and make-up clogs the pores. Therefore, the skin needs to be thoroughly cleansed. Foams, gels, make-up remover milk and even soap are suitable if it is specifically designed for the skin of the face. Cosmetologists advise using all these products not only in the evenings, but also in the morning to prepare the skin for applying the cream.

With and without water

Of course, in modern megacities we can only dream of the quality of tap water. Therefore, it is better to wash without it, there is no need to fill the skin with harmful salts and chlorine. With the help of makeup removers (creams, gels, lotions), you can easily cleanse your face from impurities. But if this method does not work for you, try to rinse your face with drinking water or wipe your skin with a toner.

Natural moisturizer

Cleansers not only remove impurities, many of them help to preserve and sometimes restore the protective mantle of the skin – hydrolipid film… It is quite simple to understand that it is destroyed – in this case, after washing with even good water, the skin of the face tightens. The fact is that the film is a kind of natural moisturizer, it prevents moisture evaporation and the penetration of harmful substances. If it is destroyed, the skin cannot repair itself. But it is a mistake to think that such problems arise only with dryness and sensitivity, oily skin can also suffer from dehydration.

And first of all, cleansers will help. For dry skin – creams and foams with oils and soothing ingredients. For oily – gels and tonics with a matting effect.

Peeling

A maximum of once a week for normal and combination skin and once every two weeks for dry and sensitive skin can be peeled. It cleanses the skin of dead cells, promotes renewal, gets rid of skin pigmentation, helps fight wrinkles and even acne. That is, peeling is an effective rejuvenating procedure.

At home, you can use mechanical scrubs and light acid peels. In the salon, beauticians will recommend hardware techniques. Of course, the hands of the master and the achievements of cosmetology will give a quick effect. During only one procedure, you will be cleansed with a scrub, resurfacing, vitamin serum and cream of the same brand, suitable for your skin type, will be applied. At the same time, the nutrients will penetrate much deeper than if they were simply applied to the skin. However, you can also pamper your skin with a professional procedure at home. For these purposes, you can use non-abrasive chemical peels containing acids, for example, fruit or glycolic… Such products, unlike abrasives, do not damage the skin and are divided into three types:

superficial – exfoliate the skin at the level of the stratum corneum; help to cope with acne and age spots;

median – penetrate the entire depth of the dermis; cope with wrinkles;

deep – even out the skin at the cellular level, penetrating under the epidermis; eliminate wrinkles and radically, like resurfacing, renew the face.

It is important to remember!

If you decide to do the peeling yourself, and not in the salon, be sure to consult with a beautician. Only a professional will tell you which peeling is best for your skin type and how often it can be applied.
