Cleansing Diet Requirements
First, we suggest that you find out what the danger of slagging the body is, in addition to increasing the likelihood of getting better. When our organs lack the strength to cleanse themselves, we can face increased fatigue, weakness, fatigue even when we are not doing any work. Also, when the body is clogged, the head often hurts, joints ache (these sensations are especially unpleasant during exercise). If you start this condition, it can reach very serious diseases – arthritis, arthrosis, diabetes mellitus, metabolic disorders, and the formation of malignant tumors.
The main signs of slagging of the body:
– frequent meetings with colds;
– headache;
– the stool has become much more frequent or less frequent, its color or smell has changed;
– chronic fatigue;
– increase or decrease in weight for no reason;
– memory impairment, decreased concentration of attention;
– bleeding gums;
– blurred vision;
– the appearance of various rashes, severe dryness or oily skin;
– Dull and brittle nails.
If you notice any of these symptoms in yourself, then this is a sure bell of the body, notifying that something is wrong with it.
The essence of the cleansing diet is to remove from the diet fatty and high-calorie foods, sugar and alcohol, “gifts” of fast food, white soft pasta, baked goods, sweets, smoked meats, overly salty food. If you decide to try this technique on yourself, be prepared for the fact that during its period you will have to eat mainly vegetables and fruits (focus on non-starchy products), whole grains, dairy products (preferably low-fat), legumes, seeds and nuts. Drink up to 2 liters of clean, still water daily. Tea is also possible, but without added sugar and sweeteners.
The first version of the cleaning technique can be continued for no more than one week. You should eat three times a day, eating these foods in moderation. A distinctive feature of this cleansing diet is that there are no dinners at all. It is recommended not to eat anything after an afternoon snack, which occurs no later than 16-17 hours. If in the evening a strong hunger overcomes, you can drink a glass of milk or kefir of low fat content. It is recommended to refuse food altogether, if you can, on the first dietary day. It means complete unloading. If you decide to withstand it, try not to expose your body to strong physical and intellectual stress and get plenty of rest. It is best if you start the diet on your day off. During the procedure, it is recommended to abandon salt or significantly minimize its amount.
The second variant of the cleansing diet is considered more loyal and secure. After consulting a doctor, such a diet can be followed even in the early stages of pregnancy. In general, this technique, as far as is known, was developed as a way to prepare women and men for conceiving a child.
You can stick to the diet for up to 11 days. For maximum efficiency, you need to enter it correctly. So, 2 days before the beginning of life, according to the method, you need to drink a decoction of flax seeds before bedtime. The day before the diet start, it is recommended to carry out unloading on vegetables and fruits, which contain little starch. They can be eaten raw, baked or otherwise, but without the use of oils and fats. Both on these and on other days, it is advisable to eat fractionally, giving up food 2-3 hours before bedtime. Now let’s look at the diet itself.
The first two days of the cleansing technique, you need to drink fruit or vegetable juices (up to 2 liters per day). It is desirable that these are freshly squeezed drinks. If you do purchase store products, carefully monitor the composition. There should be no sugar in juices. Try to consume as natural drinks as possible. Of the purchased, juices and nectarines intended for baby food are the best choices. Instead of juices, from time to time, it is allowed to drink decoctions of prunes, dried apricots, figs and other dried fruits that you like. It is important that they are also sugar-free.
From the third to the fifth day, inclusive, the amount of fruit and vegetable liquid decreases, but you can supplement the diet with fruits and berries. Ideally – have breakfast, lunch and dinner with solid gifts of nature, and use juices for afternoon tea and snacks. In the winter season, fruit and berry jams and frozen products will come to the rescue to diversify the diet. But remember that everything should be sugar-free.
From the sixth day until the end of the diet, in addition to the aforementioned food, you can include vegetables. Even potatoes are allowed, but you should not focus on it.
You need to leave the diet very smoothly. It is best to gradually add products that were previously prohibited, and not return to food hazards at all. Try to keep your diet healthy and lean.
As for weight loss, as a rule, during such a cleaning, at least 3-4 unnecessary kilograms run away. With a noticeable excess weight, you can lose weight and stronger. Of course, a lot depends on the individual characteristics of the body, portion sizes and level of physical activity.

Contraindications of a cleansing diet
Sitting on a cleansing diet is not recommended for children and people of age, after recent operations, in the presence of serious diseases or body characteristics that require a different diet.
The benefits of a cleansing diet
- Many nutritionists and doctors agree that a cleansing diet is one of the most loyal and effective ways to maintain your health. In addition to losing weight while following the technique, the body says goodbye to excess fluid that prevents it from functioning normally and provokes the appearance of puffiness. The intestine gets rid of unnecessary “deposits” and begins to function much better. Separate benefits of cleansing nutrition for diabetics have been noted. As a result of following the rules described above, their blood sugar decreases and, accordingly, the need for insulin. But they should be cleaned purely under the supervision of a qualified specialist.
- Typically, this diet is well tolerated. The person sitting on it does not encounter a feeling of acute hunger or weakness. The technique includes a sufficient amount of necessary substances and components and, if it is not continued for more than the recommended period, it will not harm the body.
- The menu is rich in fiber, which improves digestive processes, prolongs the feeling of satiety and influences the maintenance of healthy intestinal microflora, which, in particular, increases the body’s defenses.
- There is no need to purchase products unusual for residents of the post-Soviet space. Your budget will not be affected significantly. You do not need to spend a lot of time on cooking, because many products, on the contrary, are best eaten raw. Losing weight will also be pleased with the fact that there is no need to count calories or tediously weigh every gram of food consumed.
- Many people also note such pleasant bonuses as a general improvement in well-being, the disappearance of the feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, minimization of headaches, reduction of fatigue, and withdrawal of irritability.
Disadvantages of a cleansing diet
- Those who are accustomed to eating quite densely, on a cleansing diet, may still face a feeling of hunger, especially on fasting days and at a time when it is recommended only to drink juices.
- Sitting on such a technique is best in the summer or autumn, when you can buy the gifts of nature, grown in the vastness of your homeland in natural conditions.
Repeated cleansing diet
If you wish, you can resort to re-carrying out the cleansing diet in a month.
