Megan Davis was one of twenty participants of the reality show THE 20s from the company Beachbody. This project involved trainers from different parts of the United States, and the winner received the right to continued cooperation with the fitness company. After sampling and testing, Megan won the show and joined team Beachbody. In the middle of 2017, she released her first program Cleen Week. To participate in the show THE 20s Megan worked for many years as a personal trainer, got certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and opened his own gym.

Clean Week: programme review
The complex is Clean Week specially created for those who are just starting to do fitness. Workout Megan Davis will allow you to gently enter in a training regime and step by step move towards your goal. The program illustrates several modifications of the exercises, so you will always have the opportunity to progress. You will gradually improve your fitness level: from beginner to more advanced. The workout’s low impact and is great for those who would prefer not to jump.

What equipment is needed for lessons?
For the class of the Clean Week you almost do not need additional fitness equipment. Only one training session of four (Strength) use a pair of dumbbells weighing 1-3 kg. For the rest of the video additional inventory is not needed. It is desirable to have a Mat to do exercises on the floor.
Clean Week: composition training
To Clean Week program includes 4 workouts that alternate. Each of these videos has its own specific purpose, but together they form a balanced fitness program to improve your body and health.
- Cardio (35 minutes). This circular cardio workout that will force you to sweat well. The program consists of four rounds of 3 exercises in each round. The exercises are repeated in two rounds, between the rounds and rounds you will find a small rest. If you do the exercises in the advanced version, the lesson is suitable for an experienced student.
- Strength (35 min). It is a circular strength training where alternate isolated and combined exercise. Total waiting 5 rounds of exercises. In each round assumes one exercise for the legs and two exercises for the hands that run first separately, and then combined together. How to train for the program?
Megan Davis offers you to train according to the following schedule of classes:
- Day 1: Core Function
- Day 2: Cardio
- Day 3: Strength
- Day 4: Active Flex
- Day 5: Core Function
- Day 6: Cardio
- Day 7: Strength
You can repeat this plan for 3-4 weeks or more until you reach the desired results. If such a tight schedule does not suit you, you can work out 3-4 times a week. But whatever your schedule, be sure to follow exercise Active Flex at least once a week.
