Micellar water takes its name from the active component acting in its composition – micelles. These are micro compounds that bind the remnants of makeup and the smallest particles of fat, and we just have to remove them with a cotton pad. Such a tool can easily cope even with persistent eye makeup, which means that with it you can forget about the long procedure of removing mascara from the eyelashes and the violent friction that stretches the sensitive skin in this area. To wash off mascara with micellar water, you need to apply a cotton pad soaked in the product to your eyes for a few seconds, and then gently remove the residue. No friction!
One of the best representatives of this makeup remover is from Nivea. It washes away makeup from the face and eyes, deeply cleanses and moisturizes the skin. It contains a powerful antioxidant – grape seed oil, as well as panthenol, known for its healing and smoothing properties. Thanks to its beneficial properties, Nivea 3 in 1 micellar water can also be used as a tonic. Another nice bonus – the product does not contain parabens, silicone and fragrances, which makes it hypoallergenic. This is exactly the case when softness is not at the expense of efficiency – despite the fact that micellar water is suitable for sensitive skin, it washes off even the most persistent makeup with a bang.
