Unlike most competitors, Apple Spas offers only classic ciders, no berry or exotic flavors.

Also, St. Anton” includes unfiltered varieties prepared according to the traditions of the Basque Country.

  1. Apple natural semi-sweet carbonated

    Classic semi-sweet cider, moderately sweet with a natural taste of apples. Fortress – 5%.

    Carbonation – plentiful, but quickly exhausted.

    Aroma of apple, with hints of fermentation.

  2. “Pear Blossom”

    Another semi-sweet variety. It contains both apple and pear juice, which gives the drink extra sweetness.

  3. Cider natural dry unfiltered

    This drink is from a different category. More austere, refreshing, with a rich aroma of apples. Refusal of filtering gives a cloudy yellow color and additional charm.

    The taste of the drink is sour, with a velvety fruity aftertaste. Fortress – 5.5%, higher than that of the brothers, but almost does not cause intoxication.

  4. Poiret natural dry unfiltered

    Dry cider based on pear juice. Unlike Pear Blossom, it does not contain apples.

    The taste is fruity, with a slight sourness, closer to semi-sweet varieties.

    Color – yellow, with an admixture of green. Fortress – 5%.

What to serve Cider St. Anton

The classic cider recipe “St. Anton” opens up a lot of opportunities for filing. They are great for a home party, with a buffet table and funny dances, and for going out into the countryside, with a meat or fish table. The main thing is that the bottles are cold.

Best of all, St. Anton” served with cold appetizers: cheeses, boiled pork, sausage or cold cuts.

They are also great with seafood or sushi.

Semi-sweet varieties can also be served for dessert. In this case, try to have sweet pastries or chocolate on the table.
