Christmas makeup collection 2016-2017

For the first time, Atelier Vermont, Dior’s preferred partner, has been able to transfer its hand-embroidery expertise to the home’s make-up collection, bringing to life a print created by Peter Philips: the Dior logo surrounded by gold sequins. The result is a sparkling New Year’s collection that will make you shine at the party.

The collection includes a novelty of the season – Diorific Matte Fluid lipstick in four fashionable shades, including delicate pink, bright fuchsia, rosewood and fiery red, five shades of classic lipstick and nail polishes, 5 Couleurs Splendor with an incredible sequin pattern came out in two colorways, while Diorblush in a shimmery apricot hue continues the sequin theme and in one stroke creates fresh skin tone and intriguing warm accents on the cheeks.

The highlight of the collection: Diorific Splendor shimmering powder in gold. Its exceptionally light texture blends perfectly with the skin for a light, golden face.

In the New Year collection, Lancome decided to rely on shine: the collection’s golden cases literally shine! Paris En Rose – the collection was inspired by the festive mood of New Year’s Paris. Ombre Hypnose Wet & Dry Eyeshadows with iridescent textures, the most anticipated novelty – Lancome Cushion Highlighter, 4 shades of eyeliner, lipsticks in holiday colors and nail polishes!

The highlight of the collection: a six-color palette of La Palette Des Reve eyeshadow in an incredibly beautiful case.

When to expect: in November.

Urban landscapes using vibrant pinks, oranges and silver are unusually but very beautifully transformed into the French brand’s Christmas makeup collection. The collection includes a bold blush of hot pink, a palette of eyeshadows in gray and silver colors, lipsticks and glitters in universal shades, among which you can easily choose the one for the main night of the year. Three pearlescent shades of lacquers round out the range.

The highlight of the collection: a set of mini-brushes that has become a symbol of Chanel’s New Year collections.

In collaboration with renowned Japanese jeweler Hiroto Rakusho, Givenchy presented the Audace de l’Or festive collection. Inspired by gold, this line is crafted in cases covered in gold fabric – luxurious!

“Gold is the only material that I cannot wear. I can only look at him, touch him, present him as a gift. I love gold for its unique light, for its endless variety, for its countless colors, ”says Hiroto.

There are only three products, but each one is worthy of attention. The Ors Audacieux Palette includes four shades of gold, Audacieux Prisme Libre Voile pastel powder and Le Rouge bold lipstick in red.

The YSL Christmas collection was really bright. This year, brands delight us with golden sparkling cases, and we do not mind at all! Looking at such a Sparkle Clash, I want to light the sparklers!

The New Year’s inspiration for Guerlain was unexpected – the brand decided to devote the line to the culture of India and the most popular, legendary fragrance of the brand – Shalimar.

The collection includes eyeshadow in two shades, gold eyeliner, radiant highlighter, bronzing powder and pink lipstick. Naturally, this collection was not without meteorites, already classic for the brand.

The highlight of the collection: For many years in a row, the centerpiece of the collection has been a scented, glittering powder for face, body and hair, this year in a luxurious blue bottle.

Giorgio Armani decided not to rely on a large collection, but collected all the funds in one palette, which became a highlight not only the Christmas line, but the whole year! Palette for face and eyes Giorgio Armani Night Lights Holiday Palette. The product consists of two tiers – in the upper 10 shades of matte and sparkling eyeshadow, and in the lower one – the universal shade of Luminous Silk Powder and two variants of the Maestro Fusion Make-up cream base.

The New Year collection was complemented by six shades of Giorgio Armani Ecstasy Lacquer in warm shades.
