In dark chocolate (or more precisely in cocoa from which it is made) we find a whole range of vitamins and minerals, organic acids, dietary fiber, polyphenols, antioxidants and proteins. It lowers blood pressure, has a low glycemic index, slows down the aging process and promotes weight reduction. Due to the sweetened versions, such as milk, chocolate is often demonized, but our menu could not be missing in many forms.
We invite you to the list in which we will present 8 selected recipes that are very popular and appreciated by our Vitaliki.
