A simple recipe for a chocolate cocktail
To prepare 4 servings, you will need: – 1/2 liter of full-fat milk; – 2 frozen bananas; – 500 grams of chocolate ice cream; – chocolate chips for decoration. Place milk and peeled bananas in a blender (you can pre-cut them). Whisk the mixture until smooth, then add the chocolate ice cream to the blender bowl and whisk again. Divide the chocolate shakes into portions and garnish with chocolate chips.
You can make your own chocolate chips. To do this, take a large, wide knife and carefully scrape off a few large shavings from the chilled chocolate bar with it.
Unusual cocktail “Choco Mint”
To prepare 4 servings, take: – 1/2 liter of milk; – 1 tablespoon of mint syrup; – 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup; – 1 kg of ice cream; – 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder; – a handful of fresh mint. Leave a few mint leaves for decoration, and rub the rest in a mortar. Whisk all the ingredients in a blender, add the ice cream last. Spread the chocolate cocktail over the bowls (it should be quite thick) and garnish with mint leaves.
Chocolate cocktail “Peanut toffee”
To prepare 4 servings, you will need: – 700 ml of chilled milk; – 4 bananas; – 3 tablespoons of peanut butter; – 3 tablespoons of caramel syrup; – a pound of chocolate ice cream; – salted peanuts for decoration. Grind the milk with bananas, peanut butter and caramel syrup in a blender, then add the chocolate ice cream. Divide the resulting homogeneous mass into glasses, and decorate with salted nuts on top.

Chocolate cocktail “Raspberry splash”
To prepare 4 servings, you will need: – half a kilo of frozen raspberries; – a glass of cranberry or raspberry juice; – a glass of chocolate milk; – 1 kg of chocolate ice cream; – a few fresh raspberries for decoration. Combine frozen berries, chocolate milk and berry juice in a blender bowl. Whisk the resulting mixture for 30 seconds, then add the ice cream to the blender and beat the same amount. Put the resulting thick cocktail into cups, decorate the sides with fresh raspberries.
