The love of children and adolescents for chips sometimes annoys parents who consider this product harmful. But chips are just pieces of potatoes cooked in a certain way. This means that they can be used to prepare delicious and healthy dishes, such as salads.

To prepare this original festive salad, you will need: – canned cod liver – 2 cans; – chips – 100 g: – olives – 1 can; – chicken eggs – 4 pcs.; – medium-sized potatoes – 3 pcs.; – green onions – 50 g; – mayonnaise.
Peel and boil the potatoes, let cool and cut into small cubes. Place on a round dish in one layer. Make the second layer from green onions. It must first be cut into small circles. Open a can of cod and carefully drain the liquid. Mash the liver and place it on the onion in a thin layer.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and separate the white from the yolk. Chop the protein very finely or grind it on a coarse grater. Add a little mayonnaise and spread the mixture on the cod layer. Top with yolk grated on a fine grater. Arrange the chips around the edges, and decorate the middle with a pattern of olives. Once you’re done, place the salad in a cool place for about an hour.

A hostess who wants to diversify the family table may find the recipe for fish salad with chips interesting. To prepare it, you need: – fish fillet – 400 g; – chips – 100 g; – green beans – 200 g; – green salad – 120 g; – orange; – lemon; – olive oil; – salt; – ground pepper.
Wash the fish fillets and dry a little. Cut it into small pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste, and then fry. Cook the beans. This must be done in salted water. Let cool. Grind the washed and dried lettuce leaves (it is best not to cut them, but to break them), put on a dish.
Make the second layer of beans, the third layer of fish, and the topmost layer of chips. Peel the lemon, separate 1 slice from it to decorate the salad, and squeeze the juice from the rest. Divide the orange into wedges. Peel each slice from the film, add to the salad. Pour all this with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper if desired.
Hake or pollock are best for making this salad.
This salad will be an excellent decoration for the anniversary table. However, it is done quite quickly, so it can be done just for dinner. To prepare it, you need: – a small chicken; – chips – 100 g; – cheese – 300 g; – garlic – 1 small head; – mayonnaise; – herbs; – black pepper; – salt.
Boil the chicken. Cut the meat into small pieces. Grate the cheese. Chop the garlic. Crush the chips in a package, leaving a few for decoration. Mix the chicken and chips. Add mayonnaise, cheese and garlic, mix again. Let stand at normal room temperature for about half an hour for the chips to soak properly. Place the salad in a bowl and garnish with herb chips.
