During the holidays, the restaurants participating in the days of China Taste, will offer visitors a menu prepared for the occasion, where the culinary culture of “Catay” it will be represented in exquisite traditional dishes.
From the first day the gods of heaven and earth will be welcomed, Dancing with the Dragon, We will be able to see the best chefs and oriental cooks in the city preparing exquisite delicacies, which this time will not be for the family, but for the diners of the participating restaurants.
The event also has a charitable purpose, and part of the proceeds will be donated to the NGO Messengers of Peace to collaborate with the entity’s children’s soup kitchen.
What can we see in the China Taste?
The diverse culinary world of Chinese gastronomy will be represented by the regional cuisines such as Cantonese, Peking, Hunan, or Sichuan, and will be prepared by the most important hospitality establishments in the city, together with the Hotel Westin Palace in Madrid who acts as an ambassador for the event.
In it we can taste the culinary excellence of the prestigious Chinese Chef Da Dong, through the tasting menu that will be served throughout the month at the La Rotonda restaurant.
The festive menus accompanying the Chinese New Year celebrations will consist of a starter, a first course, a second course and a dessert.
