  • 3 tablespoons of kefir starter culture

To prepare kefir, you can use ordinary pasteurized or whole cow’s milk, but before use it must be boiled and cooled.

Pediatricians suggest making kefir for babies using the following products:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 30 grams of sour cream
  • bifidumbacterin (you can buy it at any pharmacy)

Add sour cream and bifidumbacterin powder to boiled and cooled milk to 40 ° C, stir the future kefir and leave to ferment for several hours.
