They got to fame at a young age and it changed them forever. At the age when their comrades went to school, these child stars joined the film sets. For some, the media overexposure has been fatal. Drew Barrymore sank into alcohol and drugs, the same goes for Macaulay Culkin who has multiplied addictions. For others, on the other hand, these promising beginnings gave birth to exceptional careers. The best example is Nathalie Portman. The actress who debuted with Luc Besson at the age of 11 is now an international star and Oscar winner. Back in pictures on these child stars who were adored … sometimes a little too early.
