For the second – mashed potatoes or cauliflower, vegetable stew, necessarily a meat dish – meatballs, beef stroganoff, zrazy. Bread – 80 g. Supplemented with compote or juice.
  • Afternoon snack: kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk, milk, jelly in combination with cookies, crust, raisin bun.
  • Dinner: vegetable casserole or rice with dried apricots, scrambled eggs, potato zrazy with chicken, some bread. Drinks: tea, jelly, kefir, rosehip infusion.

Combine the options at your discretion, the main thing is that the baby’s nutrition is not monotonous – this way he will receive the substances necessary for growth in full.

Make sure that the dishes are not repeated at different meals: if there was buckwheat for breakfast, then it should not be for lunch and dinner.

What should not be given to a child at 3 years old

The following foods are harmful to your baby and may be hazardous to your baby’s health:

  • Fatty meat – goose, duck, pork.
  • Smoked products.
  • Sweets, drinks, or snacks that contain artificial colors or preservatives.
  • Hot spices, vinegar, mustard, horseradish.
  • Mushrooms.

At this age, children move a lot. To conserve energy, they need an average of 1600 kcal per day. Do not get carried away with sweets, give preference to marmalade, marshmallow or pastille, but not more than 60 g per day.
