- Climbs onto the sofa, chair, descends to the floor.

- Dances and sings along when he hears music.

- Makes two-word sentences.
- Performs simple assignments: “take”, “put”, “open”.
- Eats food on his own.
- Controls physiological needs, asks for a pot.
- Partially dresses and undresses.
The kid seeks to be independent, and he should not be prohibited from this. It’s just that mom needs to be around all the time to protect him from danger.

Boys at this age grow 80,8 – 88,3 cm, and girls’ height ranges from 79,5 to 87,5 cm. Babies are no longer growing and recovering so actively.
The child’s daily diet should include: protein, calcium, fiber, vitamins and a sufficient amount of fluids.
The diet of babies of this age category should include:
- The fish is not fatty. For this, cod, pollock, flounder, carp, hake are suitable.
- Turkey, rabbit, chicken meat.
- Vegetables. Carrots, beets, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, green peas.
- Dairy products.
- Fruits and berries.
The child can be taught to eat from a common table. And so that he could eat everything that the others eat, then all family members must be taught to healthy and wholesome food.
For breakfast:
- milk porridge with butter or an omelet. The most useful cereals for children are rice, oatmeal, buckwheat, corn.
- A sandwich with butter or cheese.
- Cocoa or milk tea.
- Fruits: apple, banana, pear.
For lunch:
- Soup with meat or chicken broth.
- Your choice: steamed cutlet, chicken, boiled fish, goulash, meatballs or meatballs with gravy. Garnish with mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetable stew.
- Juice or compote.
For an afternoon snack:
- Cookies, buns, pies.

At this age, kids have already learned a lot. But there is still a lot to learn. Therefore, they do not waste a minute and are always in a hurry somewhere. And to replenish this energy, they need a balanced diet. A properly selected diet will help your baby grow up strong and healthy.
