Chicken fillet with mushrooms in a pot

Ingredients: – 400 g chicken fillet; – 1 glass of dry white wine; – 3 tbsp. spoons of broth or water; – 200 g of champignons; – 3 heads of onions; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter; – 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream; – salt and black pepper to taste.

Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a napkin, cut into small pieces. Season them with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wash the champignons and cut into 4 parts. Put some butter, onions and mushrooms in pots. Salt them. Place pieces of meat on top. Pour over with white wine and broth. Cover and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then remove the lid, put sour cream on top and simmer for another 10 minutes. Put the finished dish on plates and garnish with herbs.

Chicken stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients: – 1 chicken carcass; – 300 g of oyster mushrooms; – 100 g of boiled rice; – 1 head of onion; – a bunch of parsley; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream; – 2 cloves of garlic; – vegetable oil; – salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the chicken carcass thoroughly under running water, dry it with a napkin, rub it well with salt and black pepper not only outside, but also inside. Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic passed through a press and spread the chicken with this sauce. Leave the chicken to soak for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry chopped onions in vegetable oil, add fresh oyster mushrooms and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add rice and mix everything.

Stuff the chicken with mushroom rice. Sew the holes in the abdomen and throat with coarse thread. Put the carcass on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. You need to bake the stuffed chicken for at least 30 minutes.
