Onion, carrot and chicken cut into strips
Mushrooms and pepper are also cut into strips.
Pour the oil into the pan and start frying the onion
When the onion is soft and slightly browned, add the chicken and continue to fry.
Then add the bell pepper, string beans and mushrooms.
Fry on low heat for another five minutes.
Leave to cool slightly, and in the meantime pour the funchosa with boiling water for about five minutes.
Then drain the water, rinse the funchosa with cold water and, if desired, you can cut it, which I did.
Mix the funchosa with the chicken, mushrooms and vegetables, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, preferably let stand for about an hour and serve cold.
- Funchosa — 50 g
- Chicken (fillet of any part) – 100 g
- Carrot — 1 piece
- Onion – 1 piece
- String beans – 100 g
- Bulgarian pepper — 70 g
- Champignons — 70 g
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce — 1 tbsp.
