Soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips.

Then we string the chicken fillet on skewers with an accordion. And put it in the marinade, which is prepared from: vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, herbs, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and remove to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

After the meat is marinated, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the shish kebab in a convenient baking dish and cook for about 20 minutes.

The shish kebab should turn out to be a beautiful golden color. Do not forget to turn the skewers once.
