Chicken scallops in teriyaki sauce
Crispy and aromatic chicken scallops fried in soy sauce will suit both as an aperitif dish for the main dishes of the festive table, and as a simple snack for fresh beer.
To prepare this dish you will need: – 0,5 kilograms of chicken scallops; – teriyaki sauce; – vegetable oil; – 2 large onions; – sesame seeds, salt.
When cleaning combs, pay special attention to the creases at the base of the comb. It is in them that keratinized skin particles and small feathers most often remain.
The scallops must be boiled thoroughly in boiling salted water for 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Then put on a plate and let cool.
Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in a pan until golden brown, then pour the teriyaki sauce and put the scallops in the pan with the onion. All this is fried for 15-20 minutes, until the scallops acquire their characteristic caramel shade.
Five minutes before cooking, the scallops are sprinkled with sesame seeds. Ready ones are laid out on a plate. The dish can be served both hot and cold. Soy vinegar, rice vinegar, or mustard are great sauce.
A gourmet Italian dish can be prepared in just 20 minutes using simple chicken scallops and a couple of glasses of wine.
To prepare this dish you will need: – 1 kilogram of chicken scallops; – half a glass of dry white wine; – juice of 1 lemon; – 50 grams of green onions; – 50 grams of parsley; – 50 grams of celery; – salt pepper.
