Chicken fillet salad with green beans and fruits

This fresh and light Mediterranean-style salad has a pleasant sweet and sour taste due to the presence of apples and oranges in the recipe. Spices will be added with balsamic vinegar and walnuts, which decorate the salad.

You will need: – 500 g of chicken fillet; – a bunch of green salad; – 200 g of green beans; – 1 sweet and sour orange; – 1 apple; – a few kernels of walnuts; – olive oil; – balsamic vinegar; – salt; – 1 a tablespoon of lemon juice; – freshly ground black pepper.

Rinse chicken fillet, remove films and fat. Boil the meat or microwave it. Wash and dry the salad. Cut the green beans into small pieces and blanch in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain in a colander. Lightly fry the walnut kernels in a pan and cool.

Peel the apple and orange, disassemble the orange into slices, divide each into three parts, removing the films and seeds. Cut the apples into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop the salad into thin ribbons.

Place the chicken, beans, lettuce, apple and orange in a salad bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and drizzle with balsamic sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and garnish with walnut kernels.

This light Chinese-flavored dish is a great snack before a hearty meal. It is also suitable for those who follow a diet. Separately, you can serve rice with eggs and shrimp or soy noodles.

You will need: – 400 g of green beans; – 400 g chicken fillet; – 3 tablespoons of sesame oil; – 1 tablespoon of soy sauce; – 1 teaspoon of Chinese plum sauce; – 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds; – 1 teaspoon of finely chopped parsley.

Rinse the chicken, remove the films and bake the meat in the microwave. Cut it into strips. Boil green beans in salted water until soft and drain in a colander. Place the chicken and beans in a bowl.
