Common chicken legs are taken. On the inner side of their bend, an incision is made in such a way as to gradually remove maximum meat from the bones. We get such blanks in the form of a skin with meat on it. At the same time we do two more things: we prepare a light omelet (just eggs with milk) and cook bones with the remnants of meat and cartilage on them. Then our blanks are sewn (with threads) in the form of such bags, in which we put the already cooked omelet (if you add garlic, the taste will become simply unearthly) and finally we sew the blank. A number of such raw rolls are cooked for about fifteen minutes in the same “bone” broth (preferably with the bones). Meanwhile, the oven heats up to about 200 C. Put a frying pan with boiled rolls there (you can put a piece of butter). As soon as a golden crust appears, you can take it out.

- Vitamin PP participates in redox reactions of energy metabolism. Insufficient vitamin intake is accompanied by disruption of the normal state of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
- Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates acid-base balance, is a part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, rickets.
