Chicken legs are one of the most demanded products. It is not surprising, because you do not need to spend a lot of time on their preparation, and the meat turns out to be tender and juicy. You can cook chicken legs in a variety of ways, using herbs or other foods. But they are especially tasty and low-calorie in the oven.
How to bake chicken legs?
Delicious chicken legs in a spicy sauce
Ingredients: – 4 legs; – 2 teaspoons of curry; – 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil; – 50 g flour; – 2 teaspoons of honey; – 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice; – salt to taste.
Wash and dry the legs with a paper towel. Salt well. Dip in flour and curry mixture. Leave it on for 20 minutes to soften the meat and soak in the spices. Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with olive oil. Put the legs on it and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for half an hour.
Melt honey in a steam bath. In a separate bowl, combine melted honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Pour the cooked legs with this sauce, put them back in the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden brown. From time to time they can be watered with the juice that stands out and turned over. Serve the finished legs with tender puree.
Ingredients: – 4 legs; – 1 yolk; – 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise; – 2/3 cup soy sauce; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 1 glass of water; – flour; – salt and black pepper to taste.
Wash the legs, peel them off and dry with a napkin. Rub with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Place in a deep bowl and pour over the soy sauce. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the dough. To do this, put mayonnaise and salt in the water, stir and add flour. Knead to a soft, non-sticky dough. Roll out the dough into a thin layer on a floured table. Cut the dough into strips 4 cm wide.
Remove the legs from the marinade and wrap strips of dough around each. Place on a baking sheet, greased with a little oil. Brush them with yolk using a cooking brush and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 30–45 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Please note that the dough will slightly increase in size during baking, so place the legs at some distance from each other.
Ingredients: – 4 legs; – the head of an onion; – 1 carrot; – 150 g of grated cheese; – egg; – 1/3 bunch of parsley; – 250 g of champignons; – 2 cloves of garlic; – bread crumbs; – salt and black pepper to taste.
Gently remove the skin from the legs to keep them intact. Chop off the bone without touching the skin. Separate the meat from the bone and pass through a meat grinder. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Fry onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add mushrooms to it and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley and garlic, grated cheese, minced chicken and raw egg to the skillet. Mix everything and salt.
Stuff the skin from the legs with the cooked minced meat. Pin the edges with toothpicks. Dip the legs in an egg and then in breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 ° C.
