Cooking chicken fillet is a pleasure: it is dietary, tender, goes well with various aromatic herbs and other ingredients. In addition, it takes very little time to prepare it. Oven-baked meat is considered especially useful, as it does not require additional oil and retains all the nutrients.

Chicken fillet with cheese crust

Ingredients: – 500 g chicken fillet; – 200 g of cheese; – 1 head of onion; – 2 large tomatoes; – salt and black pepper to taste.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry and beat off a little. Then season with salt and pepper and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Finely grate the cheese, and cut the tomatoes and onions into slices.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place the pieces of meat on top. On each of them, spread the onion in an even layer, and then the tomato slices. Add a little salt.

Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle the meat with a thick layer of grated cheese and bake for about 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Chicken fillet in white wine and provencal herbs

Ingredients: – 500 g chicken fillet; – 150 ml of dry white wine; – 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil; – 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce with garlic; – coarse salt and black pepper.

Combine olive oil, soy sauce, white wine, and Provencal herbs. Dip pre-salted chicken fillets into the marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

After the allotted time, put the fillets on foil, pour over the rest of the marinade. Wrap the foil carefully so that the juice does not leak out during cooking.

Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Place the deliciously cooked fillets on a plate and serve with fresh vegetable salad and boiled potatoes.

Ingredients: – 500 g chicken fillet; – 100 g of mayonnaise; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 1 teaspoon of soy sauce; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice; – Adyghe salt to taste.

Cut the fillet into cubes of the same size and sprinkle with Adyghe salt. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic pressed through a press. Pour the cooked marinade over the meat pieces and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Please note that Adyghe salt is saltier than regular salt, so it should be used in less quantity.

Skewer the chicken fillet and grill or grill in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve vegetable salad and spicy tomato sauce with the ready-made kebab.

Ingredients: – 300 g chicken fillet; – 2 medium sized potatoes; – 200 g of champignons; – a bunch of parsley; – 150 g of cheese; – salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms and chicken fillet in the same way. Mix everything, salt and pepper.

Put a small piece of butter in the pots, and on top – chicken fillet, potatoes and mushrooms. Cook under a closed lid for about 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.

Sprinkle the contents of the pots with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Then remove and serve until the dish is cold.
