Delicious breaded chicken drumsticks

This recipe requires: – 6 drumsticks; – 100 g bread crumbs; – 1 egg; – vegetable oil; – salt, pepper, turmeric or curry to taste.

Before preparing poultry meat, defrost it and rinse it, dry it with a paper towel, otherwise the breading will not fit well. Whisk the egg and salt, and on a separate plate, combine the crackers and spices. Dip each drumstick on all sides in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry the meat in a preheated skillet over medium heat, turning the drumsticks so that they are brown on all sides.

For this recipe, take: – 1 kg of chicken drumsticks; – 250 g sour cream; – salt, sweet paprika, turmeric to taste; – 1 tablespoon flour.

To stew the legs deliciously, rinse them and put them in a baking dish, season with salt on top. Stir the sour cream with salt, flour and spices, pour the resulting sauce over the chicken. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the meat in it for 30 minutes.

You can do without flour in the recipe, but then the sauce in which the legs are baked will turn out to be too liquid, and the chicken will come out more stewed, not baked

For this recipe you will need: – 6 drumsticks; – 1 package of ready-made yeast dough weighing 400 g; – salt to taste.

Defrost the dough and roll it into 6 equal-sized squares. In the center of each of them, place the previously washed and dried drumstick with the wide part down, salt the meat. Wrap the shin with dough, making a bag out of it, leaving only the edge of the bone outside. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, spread baking paper on a sheet and place the dough bags on it so that there is a little space between them for the dough to rise. Bake the meat for half an hour, until the dough is browned.

Chicken drumsticks in sweet sauce

Honey gives piquancy to the meat in this recipe, in order to get a peculiar taste of drumsticks you will need: – 1 kg of drumsticks; – 15 g of honey; – 15 g of soy sauce; – 10 g of vegetable oil for mold lubrication; – some salt for those who prefer a saltier taste.

Rinse the drumsticks, dry them, brush them with a mixture of honey and soy sauce, then place them in an oiled dish. Bake them in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 ° C until golden brown. If you want to add variety to the recipe, then before turning off the oven, you can sprinkle the meat with a little grated cheese.
