- You take 200 grams of chicken breast, make minced meat out of it (add an egg and a little salt) and spread it in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
- You put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: cut into cubes 100 grams of turkey ham, half a tomato, 40 grams of low-fat cheese.
- Spread the filling on the breast base smeared with tomato paste.
- Put it back in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Boast on social media and enjoy.
