This salad is suitable for those who follow a diet, since celery is a dietary product, just like chicken breast, it contains a minimum of calories. And for dressing the salad, we will not use mayonnaise, but low-fat yogurt.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 80 gr.
- Celery stalk – 15 gr.
- Green salad – 40 gr.
- Green apple – 60 gr.
- Cheese – 50 gr.
- Natural yogurt – 60 gr.
- Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
Boil the breast in salted water. At this time, we are preparing vegetables. Cut the celery into rings, the apple into thin strips.
We mix yoghurt and Dijon mustard.
Put lettuce leaves on a plate.
We take the chicken out of the broth, cool it and cut it into strips.
Mix apple and celery with yoghurt sauce. We spread the salad on the leaves, spread the chicken breast around the edges and decorate it all with chopped cherry.

Chicken breast and bacon soup
As we said above, chicken breast is so dietary that in order to cook soup from it, you need to use additional ingredients that will add fat to the broth.
Ingredients:
- Smoked bacon – 5-6 strips
- Chicken breast – 2 pc.
- Luk – 1 No.
- Carrots – 1 pieces.
- Dill – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper to taste
At the bottom of the pot in which the soup will be boiled, fry the finely chopped bacon. Chicken breast, finely chop and fry with bacon. Add the onion there and fry it until golden brown.
Three carrots on a coarse grater and add it to the rest of the products, fry for still 10 minutes. Then pour 1-1,5 liters of water, add salt and spices and cook until tender.
Before removing the soup from the heat, add the dill to it. A fragrant and light soup is ready.
Chicken breast in mango-creamy sauce
Various sauces are designed to diversify the taste of chicken breast. Mango gives not only an original taste to the dish, but also a beautiful yellow color.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts – 500-600 gr.
- Luk – 1 No.
- Mango – 1 pc.
- Cream – 200 ml.
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper to taste
Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and lay out the chicken breast, cut into medium cubes. Fry over medium heat, season with salt and add spices.
Cut the onion into half rings, add it to the chicken, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
At this time, we begin to prepare the sauce. Peel the mango, cut into cubes. Add the mangoes to the cream and grind with a blender.
Pour the chicken into the prepared sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes.
The chicken is ready. You can serve it with rice or vegetables.
Chicken Breasts in Honey Mustard Sauce
Diet dish with the aroma of honey, mustard and herbs. Despite the large list of ingredients, it is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts – 4 pcs.
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ground chili pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil – 3 Art. l
Ingredients for sauce:
- Fresh chili – 1/2 pod
- Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp l.
- Honey – 2 tbsp. l.
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp l.
- Dry thyme – 1 tbsp l.
- Ginger – 1 tbsp. l.
- Parsley – 3 tbsp. l.
- Dry white wine – 120 ml.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and chili. Place them in a well-heated skillet and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
We mix all the ingredients of the sauce. Add it to the chicken, cover and simmer over low heat for about 4 minutes.
Remove the breasts from the pan and place them on a dish. Increase the heat and let the sauce boil down a little. It will become thicker. When its volume is halved, it can be poured onto the breasts.
The dish is ready. You can serve it with rice, vegetables or herbs.
