How to prepare meat for frying

You will need: – chicken fillet – 2 pcs .;

– soy sauce – 2 tablespoons; – honey – 1 tsp; – olive oil – 1 tsp

The recipe for making a chicken fillet chop is very simple, but to make the chicken meat really tasty and tender, it is better to marinate it a little in advance. For this purpose, you cannot use vinegar, which will make the meat tough, as well as salt, which will draw juice out of it. To prevent this from happening, simply mix soy sauce, honey and olive oil and use this mixture as a marinade.

Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise, but do not finish the cut. Open it up like a book and beat it lightly with the flat side of a cooking hammer. Do not use a tip with teeth for this – they tear the meat fibers, and when frying, the meat loses its internal juices. Spread the marinade over the beaten pieces of chicken fillet, lightly pepper them with ground black pepper, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. There it can be left to lie for several hours so that it is well saturated.

How to cook a chicken chop properly

Chicken fillet is very rich in protein, and it cannot be cooked for a long time: the meat will become tough and tasteless. Therefore, a soft and juicy chicken chop cooks very quickly. Preheat a skillet well, pour a tablespoon of olive oil on it. When it’s also hot enough, place the chop in the pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Then remove the pan from the stove, close it tightly with the lid and let the meat sit for 10 minutes – the cooking process is still ongoing.
