Chicken, cheese and tomato salad

This salad is a replica of American cuisine. It is suitable for a festive table, an elegant multi-component dish can become a hearty snack. But this salad can also be made for a home dinner, because many of the products required by the recipe are always in the refrigerator.

You will need: – a bunch of lettuce leaves (romano or iceberg); – 1 large chicken breast; – 2 small ripe tomatoes; – 2 stalks of celery; – 1 cucumber; – 1 avocado; – 2 eggs; – 100 g of cheddar cheese; – 4 slices of bacon; – 4 tablespoons of olive oil; – 1 teaspoon of grain mustard; – 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar; – salt; – freshly ground black pepper; – 2 cloves of garlic.

Boil the chicken breast or grill it. Boil the eggs. While the food is cooling, make the sauce. Chop the garlic and mix with olive oil, mustard, salt and vinegar. Whisk everything and pour into a gravy boat.

Peel eggs, cucumber and avocado. Cut them into cubes or cubes, in the same way chop the chicken, bacon and celery. Chop the eggs coarsely. Line a flat dish with lettuce leaves. Spread the rest of the ingredients on top, arranging them in strips. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the dish and serve. Serve the dressing separately, pour it over the salad, already divided into portions.
