It is not necessary to remove the bones from the cherry plum, but if you have free time and desire, you can do this time-consuming process (this does not affect the taste of the finished drink).

Classic plum liqueur
The strength of the finished drink will range from 23-28 degrees.
Ingredients
Cherry plum – 2 kg
Granulated sugar – 600 g
Vodka – 500 ml
Method of preparation
Cherry plum must be thoroughly washed, spoiled berries removed and dried a little.
Put cherry plum and granulated sugar in layers in a glass container. Let it brew for 2 weeks in a dark place at room temperature, not forgetting to shake the contents of the container every 3 days.
After the specified time, drain the cherry plum syrup into another container, and pour the berries with an alcohol base (plum plum must be completely covered with vodka). We insist 2 weeks in a dark, cool place, and store the cherry plum syrup in the refrigerator.
After 14 days, strain the tincture through a sieve and mix it with cherry plum syrup.
We filter the finished cherry plum liquor through a purchased or home-made filter and pour it into glass bottles.
Before tasting, let the taste stabilize for a week in the refrigerator. Store the finished product in a dark, cool place for no more than 3 years.
Fragrant cherry plum liqueur
Ingredients
Cherry plum – 450 g
Granulated sugar – 240 g
Vodka – 500 ml
Carnation – 3 pcs.
Cinnamon – half a stick (you can use ground)
Method of preparation
Cherry plum must be thoroughly washed, spoiled berries removed and pierced with a toothpick in several places.
We shift the prepared cherry plum berries into a glass container, add sugar, cloves, cinnamon and pour vodka. We insist in a dark place for 3 months, once every 2-3 days it is necessary to shake the jar.
After the specified time, we filter the cherry plum liquor through the filter.
Pour into glass bottles and keep for another 14 days.
Store the finished product in the refrigerator or cellar.
Cherry plum liqueur on white rum
Ingredients
Cherry plum – 900 g
White rum – 750 ml
Granulated sugar – 500 g
Method of preparation
Cherry plum must be thoroughly washed, spoiled berries removed and pierced with a toothpick in several places.
We shift the prepared cherry plum into a glass container, add sugar and pour the alcohol base. We let it brew in a dark place for 4 months, for the first 30 days it is necessary to shake the contents of the container every day.
After infusion, the finished drink must be filtered through a home-made or purchased filter and poured into glass bottles.
Store the finished cherry plum liquor in a dark, cool place, but you can start tasting no earlier than 2 weeks later.
Cherry plum liqueur with plum
Ingredients
Cherry plum – 1,5 kg
Plum – 600 g
Granulated sugar – 500 g
Honey – 100 g
Vodka – 500 ml

We put the prepared plum and cherry plum into a glass container, cover it with sugar and let it brew for 14 days in a dark place at room temperature, not forgetting to shake the contents of the container every 3 days.
After the specified time, drain the plum-plum syrup into another container, and pour the berries with an alcohol base and add honey (plum and plum must be completely covered with liquid). We insist 2 weeks in a dark, cool place, and store the syrup in the refrigerator.
After 14 days, strain the tincture through a sieve and mix it with plum-plum syrup.
We filter the finished cherry plum liquor through a purchased or home-made filter and pour it into glass bottles.
Before tasting, let it brew for 5-7 days in a cool place. It is best to store the finished product in the refrigerator. If a precipitate occurs, repeat step 5.
Cherry plum liqueur with double alcohol
Ingredients
Cherry plum – 900 g
Granulated sugar – 500 g
Cognac – 150 g
Vodka – 500 ml
Method of preparation
Cherry plum must be thoroughly washed, spoiled berries removed and pierced with a toothpick in several places.
We shift the previously prepared cherry plum into a glass container, add sugar and pour the alcohol base. We insist in a dark place for 2 months, periodically shake the contents of the container.
After the specified time, we filter the cherry plum liquor through the filter. Pour into glass bottles.
Before tasting, let the finished liquor brew for 1-2 months in a cool, poorly lit place. Keep the drink in a cool place.
