– I turned 71, and I can stand in the bar for 5 minutes … Just so you know, – says the star.

Definitely, Cher is a superhuman, because at 71 she easily does what we, mere mortals, sometimes cannot stand more than one minute! We did some research about her lifestyle, and we figured out how to always be in great shape.

We stuffed our stomachs with cheese crackers, chocolate bars, candy, and lavishly washed them down with cola. It got to the point where Michelle and I decided to make instant potatoes. It changed our lives – we just lived on all this fast food – sweet potatoes, baked potatoes and Caesar salads.

Active lifestyle

Surfing (which she got into at 60!) Isn’t Cher’s only passion. She runs, walks a lot, and goes to the gym five times a week.

3. Water. Cher does not say anything about water, which is also very important. Remember to include at least 1,5 liters of clean drinking water in your diet, replacing tea and coffee with it.

4. And one more thing – the body after 40 years old needs microelements. From Cher’s appearance, and especially her hair, I guess she is consuming it in the right amount.
