The Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University has a long tradition of celebrating. Even before the official establishment of the holiday, a tradition was born on it to celebrate your day on the second weekend of May. It passed under the sign of a new element of the periodic table. The first holiday was assigned number 1 – hydrogen. Also on Chemist’s Day at Moscow State University, a race is traditionally held.

Chemical graduates work in research laboratories or quality control laboratories in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical companies, water treatment plants, production technologists. Some prefer a scientific career.
