Do you love chips with all your heart, but the figure is more expensive? Dr. Körner knows how to please you. Branded corners are made from whole-grain corn and rice flour, natural aromatic seasonings and vegetable oils. They do not contain a single gram of artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives. But most importantly, they are not deep-fried. The calorie content of such a snack is 360 kcal, while potato chips on average pull 520 kcal. That’s why corners, unlike ordinary chips, can be safely called a health product. The brand line presents a variety of taste combinations that will appeal even to strict gourmets. Tender cheese, tomato and basil, rosemary and olive oil are real culinary hits. And especially for the fans, we have created a football line of whole-grain chips with bright, bold flavors: chili paprika and nacho cheese.

Parade of vitamins

Football broadcasts and mountains of tasty, but such harmful snacks are inseparable. However, if you want, you can always find a healthy alternative to them. If you want to crunch something while watching the match, put a dish of fresh vegetables next to it. Cut cucumbers, zucchini, sweet peppers, asparagus, carrots and celery stalks into thin long strips. To chew them was not so boring, make an interesting sauce. Wrap 2 beets in foil, bake at 180°C for an hour, peel and chop coarsely. We combine beetroot, 150 g of diced cheese, a bunch of chopped tarragon in the bowl of a blender, whisk everything into a pate. Add a handful of fried crushed walnuts and mix. This sauce is ideal for a colorful vegetable plate.

Shrimp on the crossbar

If any match starts for you with a plate of dried squid or dried fish, it is possible that you will watch the final game of the World Championship in a different weight category. A useful replacement for such snacks is shrimp skewers in the oven. Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour. We clean 1 kg of shrimp from shells and entrails. We string the shrimp on skewers, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice and bake in the oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes. We will spend this time preparing the sauce. Melt 80 g of butter in a frying pan, add 60 ml of lemon juice, 3-4 crushed garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp basil, oregano, thyme and simmer for just a couple of minutes. Pour the shrimp skewers with spicy sauce, sprinkle with seasonings and put them on the table soon.

Medals are like a cornucopia

Breaded fried cheese may well receive the prize of fan sympathies as the most favorite snack. We offer to make it not only delicious, but also useful. Brown 200 g of ground rye bran in a dry frying pan until they get a golden color. You can leave the mozzarella balls or form sticks out of it, as you like. Or you can cut 300 g of mozzarella into circles about 1 cm thick. First, we soak them in a beaten egg, and then properly roll them in ground fried bran. We cover the baking sheet with food foil, grease it with olive oil, spread the pieces of cheese in breadcrumbs and put it in the oven preheated to 220°C for about 5-7 minutes. You can serve a crunchy cheese snack with tomato, sour cream-garlic, honey-mustard and any other sauce at your discretion.

Pizza with a team spirit

The game of your favorite team is a great reason to order pizza for all your friends. But it is much more useful to bake it with your own hands. Mix 50 ml of warm water, 1 tbsp of dry yeast, 2 tsp of sugar in a bowl and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Next, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the approaching sourdough and mix well. Sift 260 g of whole-grain flour and 130 g of wheat flour into the liquid base in portions, knead the plastic dough. We give him a rest for about half an hour. We cut 12-15 cherry tomatoes into quarters and the same number of large olives into rings. We crumble 100 g of feta cheese with our hands. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, lubricate with tomato paste, evenly spread out all the ingredients and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200°C. Such a pizza will be disassembled faster than the game will have time to gain momentum. Well, if you don’t have time to prepare a dish, we advise you to try Dr. Körner chips with tomato and basil flavor — after all, they taste almost like the same Neapolitan pizza!

Sandwich at the last minute

When there is nothing left before the match, the most win — win combination is to make hearty and healthy sandwiches in a hurry. We knead 250 g of canned tuna with a fork. We pour out 100 g of corn here. Mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste, season with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Tomatoes and purple onions are cut into rings. On a slice of whole-grain or rye bread, put a lettuce leaf, a tomato, spread the filling on top with an even layer, a couple of onion rings and cover with a second bread toast. If desired, you can wrap the filling in a thin pita bread, folded in the form of neat envelopes or tubes.

Each of them has a golden ball

Potato balls, so beloved by many fans, are also quite easy to turn into a healthy snack. Cook 1 kg of peeled potatoes and whisk in mashed potatoes with the addition of eggs, 50 g of butter, salt and pepper to taste. For a richer taste, you can add 2-3 cloves of garlic and a bouquet of your favorite herbs, dry or fresh. From the resulting mass, we mold balls the size of a walnut, spread them on a baking sheet with an oiled parchment sheet and put them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. At the very end, sprinkle each ball with grated cheese and return to the oven. The cheese will melt in a couple of minutes and turn into a ruddy, appetizing crust. It is best to serve such a snack hot when it exudes a seductive aroma.

Who said that fans ‘ favorite snacks have no place in a healthy diet? Dr. Körner breaks this stereotype and offers to try branded corners. They are made from whole grains and natural ingredients, without any deep-frying. You can’t think of a better alternative to harmful potato chips. With them, you can treat yourself to a crunchy treat at any time without painful consequences for the figure. And watching football matches will bring not only pleasure, but also benefit.
