Wash your face in the morning with cold water to wake up your face. Together with your face, your feelings and emotions wake up, the ability to feel directly depends on how alive your face is. By the way, the ability to think too. If you want to turn on the mind and emotions very well, then smile at yourself in the mirror, build faces. Who does not feel sorry for five minutes — do a full-fledged facial gymnastics.

The face is already on, great! Now turn on the body!

Next up is charging. Ten to fifteen minutes, stretching, arm swings, squats. For men — pull-ups on the horizontal bar so that the body hangs, the spine relaxes, because we need a regal posture.

After charging, it is very good to go for a run. Fresh air, active breathing — after a run, your day will definitely be cheerful and energetic. Jogging is a charge for the whole day!

If you didn’t manage to run, at least just jump at home on the spot. Moreover, you can “fuck off” like in childhood, fool around, you can meow out loud or bark. Shout: “How cool!”, “Wow! E-e-es!”.
