There are two key points to keep an eye on in performance work: behavior and state. If, in terms of time and efficiency, we rather form the desired behavior, then in the Healthy Sleep and Cheerful Morning exercises, we create the correct state.
Remember the state when you have a lot of strength, you are cheerful from the very morning, you want to do something — not because it is necessary, profitable and interesting (although it is quite possible that this is also), but simply because there is a lot of strength.
A good example is puppies. They have no concept of “necessary” or “profitable”, they play simply because they have an excess of strength, because they want to throw out this excess somewhere.
If you have launched the necessary state from the very morning, then all day you will be doing something: with benefit and with pleasure. But it is important to start the state in the morning, while the body has just woken up and is a little “plasticine” — you can easily mold the figure you want.
How to do the exerciseâ € ‹â €‹ â € ‹â €‹ â € ‹â €‹ â € ‹
A brisk morning can be done in a hundred different ways, so we will offer you the most common and proven ones, and you can either choose from them (we advise you to do this first), and then form your own.
The simplest and most effective ways:
- To smile — a smile amazingly helps to wake up, you can start smiling from the very moment you wake up, just open your eyes — immediately smile. At first, it may be a little unnatural, but very quickly the smile will become sincere and joyful. It is important to smile in a different way — naturally, very widely, after that with one side of the mouth, then the other, then with pursed lips — it is especially fun to have fun in front of the mirror
- Maintain good posture and gait — it is useful to introduce a rule for yourself: as soon as your feet touch the floor, immediately make a posture and turn on an imaginary “camera” that takes you to the program: “This is how you should look in the morning!” make your walk and posture beautiful, as if you were a professional dancer or a representative of the royal dynasty. Very quickly you will realize that you can get great pleasure from this.
- Take a contrast shower — cold water turns any morning into a cheerful one, checked! It is best to start by simply washing your face with cold water in the morning — take cold water in your palms and wash your face with it. If you want even more, then you can arrange a full-fledged contrast shower, a cheerful morning is guaranteed!
- Do exercises — here your full freedom of creativity, someone loves active exercises, someone warms up from martial arts, someone dances. The main thing is to do it every morning, so that a habit develops.
- Do facial and voice gymnastics — often helps to “start” the morning, it’s quite simple to do, you can find any facial and voice gymnastics on the Internet. Warming up for the face helps to warm up the facial muscles, and this is responsible for cheerfulness, for the ability to rejoice and for how energetic and emotional we will be for others. Voice gymnastics kneads the resonators, the head begins to work better and faster, and due to a stronger voice, internal energy increases.
In addition, many arrange yoga, dancing, various types of emotional gymnastics and gymnastics for the fingers in the morning.

How to understand that the exercise has been worked out
The main criterion is that you want to do exercises, smile, posture, cold wash every morning, simply because you understand: this makes your life easier and better! Once this understanding has come, you will always do it and the exercise can definitely be considered worked out.
And, of course, the second criterion — you have become much more cheerful in the morning, the energy level is maintained until the evening, it became easy and pleasant to wake up, when you think about the morning, the picture is rather joyful and bright — yes, you worked it out, the morning is really cheerful!
