Exercise «Cheerful morning» for me was initially a good task. I started it only after the preparation carried out by the exercise «Healthy sleep».

- Wake up around 6.00:XNUMX
- Good morning wishes to all awakened family members — about 2 minutes.
- At the same time: brushing your teeth, marching barefoot on a massage mat, stretching and stretching exercises — 5 minutes
- Vigorous exercises on the shoulder girdle, squats — 5 minutes.
- Shower with rubbing and massage, dousing with cold water — 20 minutes.
- Makeup — 10 minutes.
- Checking mail and messages on the UPP website, reading 1 creative work — 15 minutes.
- Hair styling — 8 minutes.
- Breakfast — 15 minutes.
- Editing of works on the UPP website, own works — 30 minutes.
And as a result, around 8.00 — departure for work.

However, after a while I noticed an interesting fact: I do everything I need to start, and a peppy morning starts for exactly 10-15 minutes. And then – eyes are closed, and again it would be desirable to sleep. And what’s the matter?
Once at the Distance, Nikolai Ivanovich had a short conversation on this topic. I was not alone. Nikolai Ivanovich asked a simple question: “How much do you sleep? 6-7 hours? Not enough!”
And here I began the second level of the exercise «Cheerful morning». The main task: sleep 7,5 — 8 hours. And watch yourself. Is something changing?

10.1. Adjustable sleep and wake times. If you need to get up at 6.00, then you need to go to bed no later than 22.30! (This is a whole hour and a half earlier than just being in time today /
10.2. Works! After a sufficient amount of sleep, «Cheerful Morning» starts by itself, and the entire launch algorithm becomes a nice addition.

10.2. With the right attitude to his body, he reacts adequately. They gave me a good night’s sleep — I’m ready to work energetically all day!
