The day starts in the morning. And how the day goes is largely determined by how it starts. The “Cheerful Morning” made is an opportunity not to depend on circumstances (bad weather outside, got up on the wrong foot, had a bad dream, do not want to go to work). It’s the job of shaping the day YOU want. In the morning, everything goes according to YOUR plan, and does not flow by itself. You are the author of your life!
The first week I could not do a douche, I did only a contrast shower. After the first dousing, I felt an extraordinary burst of energy! This is a completely different matter, I really liked the feeling when it literally takes your breath away. Now I do a shower every day.
A week ago, everyone in our family got sick, and I also got a runny nose. I decided not to give up the douche, and my runny nose was completely gone after 2 days. My husband has been sick for the second week, now he already has sinusitis.
Now I do exercises every day, although it happens that I really don’t want to.
I noticed that already during charging, the head “brightens”, and smart and clear thoughts appear there.
Conclusions and findings on the exercise

I calculated how much I spend doing this exercise:
- Get up after waking up — 3 minutes
- Wash and do exercises — 13-17 minutes
- Take a shower, do facial exercises and drink a glass of water — 10 minutes.
In total, it turns out that I put myself in order in about half an hour. And before doing the “Cheerful Morning” exercise, I became fully functional on average 1 hour after waking up.
By doing the exercise, I am not only active and cheerful from the very morning, but also got an extra half an hour a day.
Exercise Findings
When I didn’t feel like getting up or doing exercises at all, I gave myself commands: “Katya, now you get out of bed”, “Katya, now you will do exercises.” Works!
If I woke up, but could not immediately get out of bed, I begin to stretch and stretch my muscles while lying down, and after that I get up.
If you don’t feel like doing exercises at all and your inner voice persuades you to miss just one day, then the most important thing is to start. If you start, then at least you will definitely do it. I told myself that I would do only 3 swings, and when I started, I did the whole complex.
It is very good to combine facial gymnastics with positive statements: “I am very beautiful”, “I have such expressive eyes”, “Today is a wonderful day”.
I put a label on the bottle of water that I drink in the morning: «Great mood.» And a funny face. Now I take «Great Mood» 1 glass 1 time per day. Or several times a day, if desired.
