It is thanks to him that it gained the name of one of the most distinctive herbs. In addition, it is used in the culinary arts in its entirety – both its green leaves and dried, aromatic fruits, used in the form of a spice.
However, coriander is not only an excellent spice that gives a distinctive taste. Sprinkling it on food will make us healthier! It has been used for centuries as a method of treating various diseases.
