– I am convinced that you cannot call cheap cosmetics bad, and that luxury should always be given the right to primacy in everything. Surely you have often met products for 5 thousand that do not justify their price, and you still love that very lipstick (foundation or mascara), the cost of which barely reaches 500 rubles.

Expectations: good mascara should not be too watery or thick. When buying cosmetics for eyelashes, we often encounter such a problem and wait until the product thickens or dries up in a month. There are also two important points for me in choosing a mascara – the product should be easy to remove, without smearing all over the face, and should not crumble.

Reality: despite the fact that I am so accustomed to silicone brushes and have not used ordinary ones for a very long time, I decided to tell you about such a simple one with bristles. The curved brush allows you to add length and volume to your lashes in a few strokes without messing your eyes, even if you rarely get perfect makeup.

The promises of the manufacturers that the mascara with a stable formula holds well, does not crumble or leaves prints, have come true. The product allows lashes to achieve their perfect shape! And finally, the product rinses off perfectly without leaving streaks.

Rating: 10 of 10 points. What you need for daily use.

– For me, the brand and the price of mascara have never really mattered. Over the years of constant experiments with cosmetics, I have identified for myself three of my favorite mascaras that always remain at their best: Lush, Clarins and Dolce & Gabbana. For me, these are the best mascaras in the history of the beauty industry! And just recently another one from the Russian brand Faberlic got into this “closed club”. It costs literally a penny, but is in no way inferior to its more expensive “colleagues”.

Expectations: I, frankly, did not expect anything from this mascara. I received it as a gift in the spring of 2016. I got a variation in a pink metallic tube – as far as I understood, the brand regularly changes the color scheme of its classic voluminous mascara. The design changes, but the content remains the same, luckily for me.

Reality: no matter how you look at it, Faberlic mascara is perfect. She transforms eyelashes into a real work of art. No clumps or spider legs: eyelashes are very clearly separated. At the same time, mascara gives them both length and volume. Many friends asked me if I had my own eyelashes and if I had increased them. I think this is the best feature! True, without false modesty, I will declare: even without mascara, my eyelashes are quite long and thick.

Rating: 10 out of 10. Great quality, nice price and very cool effect.

– If mascara, then only Maybelline! I especially love The Colossal Volum ‘Express Cat Eyes, which I have been using for several years. I have not yet found a better alternative (even among the suite). And I’m not looking anymore …

Expectations: The ideal mascara for me is one that lengthens the eyelashes and gives them volume in one touch (I don’t like dyeing eyelashes in several layers), is convenient to use and will not crumble during the day.

Reality: Maybelline make-up artist Yuri Stolyarov assures that The Colossal Volum ‘, Express Cat Eyes mascara with one stroke of the brush will not only color the eyelashes, giving volume and length, but also model the shape of the eyes – give them an almond shape.

This description is completely true. Well, perhaps only about almond-shaped eyes is a little exaggerated. With this expression, Yuri most likely wanted to emphasize that the mascara has a very good brush: it perfectly paints the eyelashes in the corners of the eyes, opening the gaze.

In addition, the mascara has an ideal, moderately liquid texture, which, moreover, lasts for a long time. She also holds on all day, and no tears and rain are afraid of her!

– Vivienne Sabo cosmetics are a real lifesaver, especially when traveling. It is inexpensive – it means that it is not a pity to lose (!), But in terms of quality it is a worthy rival to many luxury brands. It’s not for nothing that models and stylists on television love her so much!

Expectations: manufacturers assure that, thanks to the unique composition, the mascara makes the eyelashes lush and voluminous, lengthens them, but does not stick together.

Reality: the tool easily copes with the “minimum program”. The mascara gives expressiveness, lengthens the lashes and does not stick them together thanks to the rubberized brush with short bristles. But it is more difficult to achieve the desired volume with it. It is necessary to apply the product layer by layer, and so that the cilia do not stick together from a large amount of mascara. However, the color (I got brown mascara), for my taste, could be more intense.

From the pros. The mascara does not crumble, does not irritate the eyes and can be removed without much effort. It is enough to apply a cotton pad with micellar water to the eyelashes several times and voila – the procedure is completed.

Rating: 6 of 10 points. Not a bad economical option for daily use and travel.

Expectations: the manufacturer says that the mascara has the effect of false eyelashes. False Lash Effect has the largest Max Factor brush, which visually doubles the volume of lashes. The patented formula envelopes lashes from root to tip without shedding or smudging.

Reality: mascara is very convenient to use, does not flow and does not crumble at all. A large, comfortable brush paints eyelashes with high quality. Although you need to get used to such a brush first, then it is a pleasure to paint it.

It is evenly applied, does not create lumps, curls, with it the eyelashes have a good length. Carcasses hold perfectly, in the evening it does not crumble, does not leave any black prints and does not cause allergies. Easy to rinse off with make-up remover, does not smudge.

Evaluation: I give a rating of 10, for cilia mascara from Max Factor is an ideal find.
