In spring, beauty salons are overcrowded: we want to transform, change — lose weight, improve facial skin, get manicures and pedicures. What about inner beauty? What does it give and can it be “developed”?

The phenomenon of falling in love

Has it ever happened to you: you were in an active but fruitless search for a partner for a long time, but as soon as you fell in love, the men around you began vying with each other to compliment you, surround you with attention, invite you on dates?

Why is this happening? The state of being in love transforms a person: an inner “radiance of beauty” appears in him. This light is visible to the naked eye, it attracts and causes reciprocal love. This state cannot be faked, but you can “launch” it in yourself and develop it. And here’s how.

Strength and relaxation

Chinese medicine, which I practice, is based on the concept of «qi» — life energy. It is easy to understand whether you have enough of it: if you are healthy, get up easily in the morning, work with pleasure, you still have strength for walks, sports and entertainment, then your strength is at the level. And you probably fall in love easily and enjoy life.

If there is not enough strength, you can’t enjoy the world around you: then the dollar exchange rate jumps, then the washing machine breaks down. And the fewer forces, the stronger the misfortunes that you would hardly notice in the “resource” state.

To increase the resource, first of all, you need to get enough sleep and eat right, and secondly, master gymnastics, which will help … correct your posture. The fact is that the wrong position of the body is formed on the basis of habitual stresses, to maintain which we spend a lot of effort. It is worth breaking out of this vicious circle, as there is a feeling that there are two or even three times more strength.

In addition, in Chinese medicine, the concepts of energy, beauty and sexuality are directly related to the condition of the pelvic area. It is very important to work out this zone, which is responsible for energy, strength, drive and, ultimately, the state of being in love with life. I propose to perform one of the breathing exercises of Taoist practices in order to understand the principles of developing one’s own strength and inner beauty.

Exercise «Authentic breathing»

  1. Lie on the floor: knees bent, lower back as close to the floor as possible. Place a book under your belly button. Take a relaxed breath so that the book rises. Breathe like this for a while, learning to relax. The priority is not amplitude, but relaxation with each movement.
  2. Sit on a chair with your back straight, your stomach and lower back relaxed, and your palm on your lower abdomen. Breathe into your belly — the same as you did lying down. Breathe, with each breath relaxing your lower abdomen and lower back more and more. Imagine that with each breath, warmth flows along the spine, filling and relaxing the stomach.

A good habit

A set of simple exercises from qigong practices allows you to work wonders: to feel better, accumulate energy and broadcast it to the world through a state of love. This inner beauty and radiance conquer men.

To make this state stable, I recommend another simple exercise — attention. Set an hourly chime on your watch or phone, and every time you hear it, ask yourself the question: “How attractive am I right now”? Just ask yourself this question, you don’t have to do anything else. Note how this will change your state.

Replenishment of forces and breathing exercises can make relationships with the world brighter, and personal life even happier.
